Refund policy

At Sukkoon India, we take pride in delivering premium quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only if:

    • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

    • A dedicated parcel-opening video is provided. This video must clearly show the parcel being opened from the start, without any cuts or edits.

  • Without a parcel-opening video, no return, exchange, or refund will be initiated.

  • The request must be made within [Insert return window – e.g., 7 days] of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized orders.

  • Items purchased on sale/discounts (unless defective or damaged).

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or product defects.

  • Replacement will be subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • In the rare case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please share the parcel-opening video along with product images to sukkoonclothing@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
