All Sukkoon orders are carefully crafted and shipped within 7–8 working days. Each piece is prepared with attention to detail to ensure the finest quality before it reaches you.

Each Sukkoon piece is crafted with delicate fabrics and fine detailing. We recommend dry cleaning only to preserve the fabric, color, and embroidery. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight for extended periods. Store in a cool, dry place and handle with care to maintain the garment’s beauty and longevity.

At Sukkoon, each outfit is carefully inspected before dispatch. To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must share an unboxing/opening video along with clear photos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests without an opening video or damage proof will not be accepted. Items once worn, altered, or washed are not eligible for return or refund.
